Growing organic, together. Village app agents form women's Self-Help Groups, SREE supplies free seeds & saplings, the groups farm local land — and the Saptahik Bazar team buys back every harvest for the open market.
Sathi is the community-farming arm that feeds the weekly SREE Saptahik Bazar market.
SREE Saptahik Bazar Sathi (ସାଥୀ — "companion") is SREE's Corporate Social Responsibility and community organic-farming programme. It turns the reach of our village app agents into rural livelihoods: each agent identifies and forms a women's Self-Help Group in their village or Panchayat, and SREE backs that group with everything it needs to grow.
SREE distributes free certified seeds, healthy saplings and organic fertiliser to the group. The women cultivate organic vegetables and fruit on locally identified land under their agent's supervision. When the harvest is ready, the SREE Saptahik Bazar logistics team buys it back directly — no middlemen — and redistributes the produce into the open market through the weekly Bazar. Clean food for buyers, dependable income for the women, and a self-sustaining local supply chain.

The group identifies suitable local land — owned, leased or community — and grows organic produce under the village agent's supervision.
The Saptahik Bazar logistics team buys the harvest back directly from the group and redistributes it into the open market.
These groups were formed and are coordinated by SREE village app agents. Each card shows the group's structure, its land, and live status across all three phases.
